I’m pleased to share that I’ve been selected as this month’s featured artist in The Blanck Contemporary Art newsletter. See the feature via their online archive. I have also stated a residency at Enso Algarve (2- 13th June).
I am happy to go back to Photo London for the 4th time on this occasion with the Sarabande Foundation. My artworks were featured in some media, including Giornale Dell’Arte, Harper’s Bazaar and Studio Show. The Wick has also done a long feature on my work, championed by V&A senior curator of Photographs Martin Barnes. Read the full article here.
I am very pleased to be part of Flora—Flowers in Contemporary Art and Culture, which runs from February to September 2025 at the Saatchi Gallery. In this exhibition, the Museum of Plant Art showcases a captivating series of black-and-white photographs UV-printed directly onto glass and acrylic plates infused with nano-crystalline iridescent vegetal cellulose. These innovative pieces were recently shown at the Maison Européenne de la Photographie (MEP).
I am particularly grateful to the University of Cambridge and its spin-off company, Sparxell, for generously providing these exceptional plates. The pieces are now on display in Room 8, dedicated to the cross-over of flowers in art and science projects.
For the past six weeks, I have been on a residency at the Albert Kahn Museum, creating living, cress-based photographs to exhibit in the museum’s greenhouse. More information about Photographies Vivantes can be found here.
